Today, we were thrilled to visit the Louis Vuitton x Takashi Murakami pop-up in London. Despite a queue, we only waited around 15 minutes (considering it was a Monday afternoon). The ground floor features the main shop, where you can explore the remastered collection and visit the atelier area to have your vintage Murakami pieces from the 2000s revamped. Another room showcases Murakami’s art beautifully integrated with displayed Louis Vuitton products. It seems they restock the LV items daily, as the entire collection is on display and available online.
Upstairs, there’s a charming café offering adorable drinks and LV-themed sweets. The seating area is spacious, making it a great spot to enjoy your treat and catch up with friends. The walls feature animated Louis Vuitton art by Murakami, creating a stunningly immersive experience.
This pop-up exudes a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and we’re definitely planning to return before it closes. It’s a genuinely cool and enjoyable space to explore.
