Overhyped or Hidden Gem? London Edition I
London’s restaurant scene is growing like wild mushrooms, there’s a new spot opening every week, and it can feel overwhelming to keep up. Having lived in London all my life, I’d like to think my opinion counts. Pilates Review: Nouva Pilates, London
One of our recent stops was Nouva Pilates, a women-only studio tucked just off King’s Road, super practical if you're based in Chelsea or nearby. The studio is small but thoughtfully designed, with one room housing just 8 reformer beds. This setup gives the classes a semi-private feel, allowing for more individual attention from the instructor, which we always appreciate.
